Does every set come as a pair?

Yes. Every set is two toys that belong together: one for you, one for someone you love. Choose 2 or 3 sets if you want to share with more people.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum.

How long does delivery take?

We process orders in 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 6–10 business days to the EU, the UK and most countries, and 6–15 business days to Norway. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I send a pair straight to someone?

Yes. Just enter their name and address as the delivery address at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Yes, within 30 days of receiving it. Items need to be in their original condition and packaging. Email us at contact@lilyandvale.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If a toy arrives damaged or you received the wrong one, email contact@lilyandvale.com. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or a full refund.
